When I went to purchase my car from this horrible company in Oct 2009, I was met with a very nice man who said that he would work with me... I noticed during my test drive that the srs brake light was on... He said that he would repair it and that there should be no further questions. After giving them 4000.00 we drove off with the car there was a laundry list of items that were wrong with the car as of the 1st day.. Because it was night time I was unable to take it back but Sean and JJ said that I could return it in the morning. I did just that .....They replaced the brakes again and fixed what they said were some of the mechanical failures. However, because they said it was fixed on site they could not provide me with the exact items that were fixed. I then had my brakes repaired again in Nov, Dec, and May they are still not fixed ... to add insult to injury my car has been taken to Mercedes 3 times for repairs upwards of 2500.00 Mercedes stated that it was not a car that have been sold to me in that condition. All of these facts notwithstanding I maintained my car payment. Fast forward to current day I was past due ONE car payment and asked my maid of honor to drop the envelope to them on her way to the airport ,... she forgot....This was on 10/22 well on 10/25 another payment was due ..I am out on my honeymoon as we speak and I call and speak to VICTOR and explain to him that she called me very apologetically and said that she had forgotten to drop it and that I would have a family member bring it his response was "they better bring 2 payments because once one is late we will only accept the full balance". I explained to him that I would bring him another payment in one week when I returned home and that it was just an oversight and he was very rude. Previous complaints on here say that they repo'd peoples cars after one payment and that they take the cashiers check and say they were never received. That is because they refuse your money after one has passed and they will only accept cashiers checks or cash once that payment is 30 days past due. He literally said I know it could be simple but I WANT to repo your car. Funny thing is you are supposed to receive a 5 day grace period on your payment so if I am one behind and want to pay it I am still only 1 day into my grace period. Bottom line if you have problem credit they treat you like scum even if you aren't and I have never dealt with a more unreasonable person in my life. i am gathering my mechanical paperwork to prepare a lawsuit now. This is just out of hand ..the truth is they want your money and they give you no service.. ALSO they have posted a response that says they give extensions VICTOR SAYS THAT IS UNTRUE
