I would NOT use Final Inches. I don't know about now, but my friend used them last Summer only to find out the doctors are not even BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEONS. Why do you think they offer their services so cheap and advertise ALL OVER? You get what you pay for. I know some of us need instant gratification, but I would recommend good old fashion exercise. You're going to have to exercise anyway once you get surgery to keep the weight and inches off. My friend ultimately got SOME of her $$$ back but had to go to a plastic surgeon to correct what Final Inches did to her body. She was misshapen after the laser-lipo and said it was VERY painful, even with the local anesthetic. Please, save your money to have a REAL doctor do your surgery no matter how desperate you become!
