My BAD experience

Their customer service skills are non-existent. They will hit you with hidden fees and refuse to clarify them with you! I needed some insurance for my car, which would be PNO for one year while I lived in Mexico and they made everything as difficult as possible. They charged me twice for a brokerage fee and then while I was in my first month in Mexico, they charged my account nearly four times what we agreed would be the monthly rate and said that was the balance of the brokerage fee. Of course, then my broker would not contact me, return my emails or confront me about this. Suddenly was always out of the office. Nothing ever got resolved and I am happy to say I have switched companies. I thought I would be saving money by going with them instead of a reputable company like AAA or StateFarm.
