We used Farmers Law Group(Phillipslawcenterplc) and the lead attorney Brent R Phiilips to help with our loan Restructure. At first honestly we were a bit skeptical after recieving a letter to our home. We were tired of dealing with our current lender Bank of America, getting the same excuse of not recieving docs or that our application was still pending so we decided to call Farmers Law Group. We intially spoke with a loan coordinator/compliance consultant named Eric. Very curteous and friendly he listened to us and took down our information. Promised to look into all viable loan options and programs he promised to get back to us on a timely manner with results. Once he called my wife and I and explained the results we were still a bit concerned (especially after hearing all the scams out there and being a past victim). He pointed us to the right direction. We were still skeptical and decided to call the CALBAR at 800-843-9053 and asked questions about the attorney MR. Brent R. Phillips that was recommended. So we called and verified Real Estate Attorney Brent Phillips and Everything was in good standing so we proceeded forward with retaining the Law Firm. Fast forward 4 months and wow are we glad and happpy. We attained a 3.5% 30 year fix. I would honestly recommend Farmers Law Group to anyone whom qualifies and is accepted from the Law firm. My brother in law was not accepted, but my best friend was. HE is also currently working with this firm. There is not a day our family is greatful we made this decison. Guess the saying is true " There is light at the end of the tunnel" Thank you to the Team at Farmers Law Group.. WOW!
