You should NOT trust the services provided by FareGeek. The customer service staff are limited to 2 persons. The company manager Bill Dhillon is far away to be a professional business man. His staff member Mr. Andy know his managers name as Mr. Jeff. So do not be surprised if hear something different as manager name for the faregeek. My request to company to have a VAT invoice has been refused. So they somehow are afraid to provide an invoice. This made me thinking on how these companies like FareGeek which make business on the net are controlled. It appears that tax documentations for FareGeek like companies are not scrutinized carefully by responsible government agencies. After my e-mail to the company re my request for invoice, Mr. Bill Dhillon, the manager, sent me e-mail for which details are given below.

I really do not understand how this company is given a rating B by BBB.
