This is a horrible company! Do not buy from them!!! We bought what would have been a wonderful addition to our backyard, but all it has been is a nightmare! The sales person at the home show was not informative about the "bad" stuff. We couldn't get it in our yard because the opening wasn't big enough, we would of had to get a crane which would have been $500. Our friend got it in but when we did the island was damaged and the delivery men would not hook anything up, i.e. the bbq, fridge, or lights. We don't know how to do that sort of stuff! That's like selling a car and engine and expecting the buyer to put it in! Then we tried to get a hold of the customer service department to tell them about all of this. This is when we started to feel like we had been robbed. They never returned our calls, would tell us they were sending stuff to fix the broken parts and never do. When we mentioned we were going to the BBB, they said 'oh well'. They do not care one bit about their customers. I am still waiting for them to return my phone calls. Sure, the island looks nice, now that it's fixed, but we have spent countless hours arguing with this company, spent about $2,000 more to get it in and set up (the wiring on the inside needed to be fixed as well), and have a huge headache because of it. All these reviews are the same, do not make the same mistake we all did, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
