Like many other people, we found out about Fantasy Islands at the local Home Show. Seemed like a nice product, so we went into the store on Miramar Road in San Diego. Everything was fine there. They told us the island had to be made at the factory. That's were it went bad. Not delivered on time, not completed, calls not returned, appointments broken. Total lack of customer service is an understatement.
