Buyer Beware.
I was issued a ticket for an incorrect theater and when I attempted to resolve this with Fandango, their customer service failed to get back to me in a timely fashion (I purchased the tickets 24 hours prior to the event). Once Fandango did get back to me I was informed that the website is working as designed and I should contact the theater about a refund. Completely unacceptable from a customer service point of view.
1. I tried to resolve the problem at the time of purchase . 2. Consequently informed that I need to speak to a 3rd party about a refund due to their error.
