There customer service is extremely lacking to say the least. I have asked for a refund several times and no response they debited my account over a week ago Immediately after my order was place online. Still I have no merchandise and they won't respond in order to inform me of the status. They have stolen money from me. This company/vendor goes under several names Fajas Max, Fajas online, The Girdle store among others but the websites all look the same the only difference is the colors on the site an attempt to make it look different. I am now in talks with my banking institution to have them investigated for Fraud,when all I wanted was a FULL REFUND it's no longer about the money for me I just want them to know they can't get away with taking peoples money and not provided the services promised.
