I placed an order in July. I still had not received the product 3 weeks after my credit card was billed. I received an email form Fajas that stated their was an error in my order and they could not find my order (but managed to bill my credit card). I re-submitted the order via email. I waited another two weeks and after no product, I emailed them. I contacted Fajas and they responded (email) that the wrong product was shipped to them and they would mail it as soon as the product arrived to their warehouse. I waited another 3 weeks and still had not received the product or heard from them. I sent another email asking when to expect my shipment. Fajas informed me that the product was returned. I asked them to verify the address that it was sent to or give me a tracking number and they did not provide either. I immediately asked for a refund. I have had over 30 email attempt to receive a credit of over $100 back to my credit card. I received 1 email stating it would take 2 billing cycles. I have yet to receive any product or receive a credit. I feel like I was stolen from and dismissed.
After my less than favorable experience with this company, my refund was finally issued on 10/7/09. I was also sent an email demanding this review be removed or legal action against me would be taken. I have spoken the truth, have emails saved and printed to verify timeline- have forwarded to my Attorney.
