I ordered a very affordable girdle from them because they had the best deal out there and offered a 30% coupon. They charged my credit card immediately but never sent me my purchase. I tried emailing them and calling them several times so I had the credit card company withhold their money and cancel the order. I finally reached them at 305-397-9426 only to hear a man answer the phone "hello". I wondered if this was a business. I asked him if I had reached Faja Max and he said yes. I asked him about my order and he said it had been cancelled by my credit card company. I then asked him if I could purchase my item once more with the condition of actually receiving my item and he said the company was in the process of changing credit card companies and they were only taking money orders at the moment. What?! It is a big scam! They want to take your money and have intentions of never sending you their products. Stay away from this company!!
