This organization is a complete hoax. They try to pose as a government agency or a company that is somehow sponsored by the government to help at risk homeowners. Look them up online and you'll see almost no information about them. That's the way they like it.
These guys are simple MORTGAGE BROKERS specializing in subprime loans. They are classic wolves in sheep's clothing, trying to come off as friendly and serviceable all the while charging exorbitantly.
Their office has experience massive turnover. They are a classic boiler room of salespeople (with titles such as "consultants" or "analysts"). Their real owner, Brian Bush, is a bully and a greedy slime.
How do I know these things? I used to work for them. They take young, hungry people out of college, pump them up with empty promises and then kick them to the curb when they don't meet their monthly quota. Hey, if you're going to be a mortgage broker then so be it. Just don't say you're FAIRLENDING EVALUATION CENTER and pour out lies.
