Reading all these other reviews I wouldn't believe that this is the same company I have been dealing with. I first received contact with FSM when Arturo knocked on my door. He was very well spoken, knowledgeable of the system, and polite. The technician Javier who installed the alarm was also very thorough and precise. Fortunately for me I feel FSM did a very good job and I will continue to refer friends and family.
