Still waiting for quality checkand the glasses are already on my credit card bill

Wish I had read these reviews beforehand and I never would have ordered from this company. It has been 17 days and I still have not received my glasses. Their web site indicates the glasses have been in the "quality check" status for over 7 days now.
Today, I received my credit card bill in the mail and found that EyeBuyDirect charged my card for the glasses 17 days ago. So, they are on my credit card bill and they are yet to ship from the company. Nothing irritates me more than when a business charges my card before shipping. It's bad business. They promise glasses in 14 days, but its not happening.
