Never gave a refung

Order items from them and had to ship them back even after we told them not to ship them. We canceled the order about 1 hour after we place it because they told us we would have to wait for about 3 months or longer to get the items and so we canceled to get the items elsewhere. They are still sending the item according to their website and we have tried to contact them over and over again and we just wanted a refund. We will ship the other items back when they finally tell us that they will give us a refund. This is the worst company we have dealt with in a long time. They are really bad.
