I have never in my life had a worse purchasing experience than with this company! The products I ordered were on backorder (found out by e-mail 2 days after making the order)the e-mail stated to call or e-mail back to make changes to order so, I called numerous times, all I got after pushing "0" for customer support was a recorded message a song and then after telling me call volumes are high to e-mail customer support and the good bye and then it hangs up.. So, I e-mailed and, nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! I have sent a request for a refund, let's see how long that takes!!!

Please see below. But my biggest concern is that we have taken care of you.
Being that I can not see your Full name or order # it is kind of hard to answer your concerns here.
On occasion we do have items that go on back order and we notify our customers of that in the event it happens.
We deal with a large volume of first responders and government agencies on a daily basis.
As for the phones yes they stay very busy. As for Emails if you send an email and then send 3 or 4 more in a short time frame they will automatically move to spam. We have added as of April 1st a LIVE CHAT option that is run by our in house customer support staff.
