I ordered 2 lights from this company back on 10.12.2014 and only just today (21.01.2015) received an email from stamps.com saying that ETD have sent me a package. even after 40 days they still charged me for shipping. They also HATE answering the phone, they have 3 phone numbers of which 2 were hard to find, but after 87 calls i was actually only answered twice, which ended up costing $89 on my phone bill as calling the U.S from the land down under inst cheap. they also never respond to emails, even ones from police email domains, as i emailed back in august 2014 to enquire about international shipping and since i have sent 6 emails to date and none have been responded to.

Being that I can not see your Full name or order # it is kind of hard to answer your concerns here. I tried looking you up under Aiden as that is a unique name and we do not show an order for that name?
I can only speculate but in your case it may be that you did not pay the international shipping.
We deal with a large volume of first responders and government agencies on a daily basis.
As for the phones yes they stay very busy. As for Emails if you send an email and then send 3 or 4 more in a short time frame they will automatically move to spam. We have added as of April 1st a LIVE CHAT option that is run by our in house customer support staff.
