Frank, I can not look up your order as you did not provide your Order # or full name. I apologize you did not have a good experience with our company and I would hope that in the future we could make it right for you. We do not and never have sent an email that says your product is going to ship the same day it is ordered. Credit Card companies do not flag companies. They either allow you to accept their cards or they do not.
