Thank you for your comments. I can not see what happened in your specific order because you did not provide your full name or order #. Since 2013 we have added a LIVE CHAT option to our website on 4/1/2015. This helps with customers being able to get through to us in a timely manner.
I do not know why your emails were not responded to but if you would provide me with your email address I can still look it up to see what happened. We just want to make sure that you were taken care of.
As for government contracts yes we have many government agencies that buy from us and will exceed 100,000 customers this year.
