Beware! This company overcharges. I signed up to take 5 real estate courses in April, 2010. The website clearly states each course costs $132 and claims everything is included in that price. However, I was charged $899 when the cost should have been $660. When the discrepancy became apparent and I questioned it, I was told the $899 also included $199 (although I was charged $239) for the Test Prep class which I never requested and nowhere on the website does it indicate there is an additional charge for this class. Also, after paying a significant deposit, I was charged more for my installment payments than I had been told via email that I would be charged. In addition, I was told I would need to take 2 classes which I did not need as I had already taken them in grad school. I have found the "counselors" to be extremely poor at follow-up, rarely provide support needed to complete courses in a timely manner, do not return phone calls, do not keep scheduled appointments and are often unavailable.
