My experience with Executive Computer Products was a pleasant one, they were able to help me with figuring out exactly what cartridge my second hand printer used but they have a great compatible cartridge that saved me money over the OEM. I only use my printer for light jobs but the cartridge has been working great so far.
It is very easy to place orders online, but if I have a question I have my own personal sales rep. Thanks ECP.
