We called Excel at about the time we learned of our move-in date to our new home. We had a small window of time to get the interior painted, perform minor repairs etc.. Excel was very accommodating. They came on a Sunday morning immediately after our painters finished painting every bedroom. The previous owners had dogs, and we thought about installing new carpet altogether. However, Excel was able to get all stains out and the carpet looked and smelled just fine once they were done. The price was fair and the service was excellent. We highly recommend them!
