Excel Carpet Cleaning arrived five minutes before the appointment time. I showed them the areas I wanted cleaned and they proceeded to work. They cleaned carpeting in my family room, living room, master bedroom, loft and stairs. I have very light carpeting and they did a very thorough and meticulous job. In addition, they cleaned a sectional sofa that I am planning to sell. The sectional is very, very light colored and it now looks very good. I was impressed with their punctuality, thoroughness and professionalism. I feel the price was very fair. I am pleased to have them come back to do some carpet stretching next week. I will definitely use them again.
