I contacted my mastercard company and they reviewed my complaint since I had no luck trying to get anything back from the company and they reimbursed me with interest! Try the visa or mastercard you were charged by...Alos I did make complaint to local police...And don't fall victim to the company that will call telling you they are taking over the files and need your credit card company...they will charge you monthly!
The orginal charge was Nov 09 and July 22/10 was reimbursed!
