First, I just want to say, I don't work for EVGA, so let's get that straight. Second, EVGA has outstanding products and the most amazing customer service crew I've ever encountered in any company. In times where most companies are being penny-wise pound foolish by focusing on crappy products and neglecting their customers for a quick sale, EVGA has taken the right approach by maintaining high quality standards and a friendly, responsive customer service department. Additionally most of the employees actually use EVGA products themselves and are all very knowledgeable. Anytime I've had an issue or needed to ask a question, I've either gotten a hold of someone right away or had at least 2 people call me AND email me back with a response within the hour.
Anyway, I could go on and on here but I have to get back to work. Here's a quick recap:
- Best motherboard / Video card maker on the market (innovative designs combined + constantly fine tuning = Win)
- Best customer service period
- Knowledgeable friendly staff that actually resolves rare issues
For the couple hours it took to make me happy over the phone, they have a repeat customer that will continue buying thousands of dollars worth of product in the years to come. For the clueless companies out there, THIS is how you do it.
