Not impressed in the least. First EVGA told me that because I hadn't registered the item within 30 days that it was technically out of warranty, and that they would fix/replace it once with a remaining 30 day warranty. Then after sending in my $250.00 graphics card because the fan wouldn't adjust its speed, and being told it was an average 3 day turn around once received, the status still hadn't changed from "pending" on the fifth working day you had it, so I called and you said it was "on hold." I was told on this fifth day that it was not going to be warrantied because there were "scratches on black microprocessors" and this would cause it not to work correctly." I was told that my physical abuse, basically, caused this problem, and that I could talk to someone when they finished inspecting it. Now, this graphics card was never even removed from it's $300 full tower in the 3 years I had it. When I sent it back in, it looked brand new! I called the following day, and was told yet again, that out of the goodness of their heart, "just this once" they would overlook my neglect. So EVGA did replace it, but is not the service or warranty they were. Below average. Why would I buy EVGA again?
