I guess my husband and I were one of the few lucky customers. He ordered my ring in February, a .37 k princess cut solitaire engagement ring, for $299. He didn't pay any extra for shipping or anything. The money was taken from our account the day after he ordered it. We read all of the reviews after buying the ring, and when it wasn't here in the 2-3 day span like we thought it would be, we called them. It was on a Sunday and the office was closed, but we got an email from Paul the same day apologizing for the delay and told us when the ring would be shipped. Sadly, we got the confirmation that the ring was shipped the day after he promised it would be sent, but it was only one day, and he was very nice. We received the ring three days later and it was beautiful. It looked exactly like the picture. I got a little worried the next day when i saw the appraisal paper that came with it and it said .38 not .37 like what we ordered and what the receipt said, but we took it to Zales when we went to look for wedding bands, and they said it was a beautiful ring, and that my husband got what he ordered. We are young, so this was the perfect starter ring until he can buy a bigger one! :)
