I ordered earrings from this company on Nov. 29th. I had received an email from Paul S. On Dec 6th stating that my order would be sent out in the next 2 days and he would provide me with a tracking number. I emailed him back on Dec 10th asking about my tracking number. I have still not gotten a tracking number or any responses from them and it is now Jan. 18th. I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails to this company. I have asked for a refund, I have been nice, I have been mean, I have been irritated when leaving messages with this company. I just got done filing a complaint with the BBB. I am fed up and sick of getting no where with these people. I have left them both my house and cell number and have gotten NOTHING from them in return. No missed calls, no messages, no emails. Does anybody know what the next step is that I could take. Who else can I contact. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
