Letter I email to Land Rover / Jaguar Cerritos and Land Rover corporation. I haven't received response from them yet (at the time I wrote the review)
I am writing today to you because I am extremely dissatisfied with experience I had with your service manager Chris A at Land Rover of Cerritos. To get straight to the point, I called 3 times in last 3 days, left him 3 voice messages to call me back each days. I never got a single phone call back from him (left him cell and direct work number, repeated 2 times each in voice mail each time). I finally got hold of Greg (another service manager) today but it was too late and leasing company (land rover) had picked up my vehicle. Now I have to pay $1275.28 for the repair that Greg quoted less than $300 to complete at the dealership. I confirmed with John in sales that my vehicle was in the lot when I first called Tuesday and John personally transferred my call to Chris to get the repair set up before lease company take back the car. I do not understand how LR Cerritos would not return 3 voice mails left in 3 consecutive days from a customer. I even leased this vehicle from LR Cerritos. I know the car is now in leasing company possession and there is nothing that can be done but I thought you need to know how your dealership is treating your customer. I will never buy / lease any vehicle from LR Cerritos or its sister company.
