Excellent company. Very professional and experienced inspection and testing company. I found their testing and report to be very comprehensive and detailed. I called many environmental firms in the Bay Area before making a decision on having an inspection, and found ERT pricing to be lower than their competition to include their services rendered were more extensive. I would use them again and refer them to friends and family.
