Refund on misunderstood Vitamin order

When I ordered Wen hair care product introductory offer I also received an order of Vitamins from Guthy Renker. To my knowledge I had not ordered them. I called and explained the situation to a representative and was told to return the unopened vitamins and I would receive a refund. They sent me a check for the cost of the vitamins, but not the shipping and handling. When I called and explained again that I did not order these vitamins and insisted on a FULL refund, I was sent a check for the balance. I am very impressed by their customer service to make sure the customer is totally satisfied.
