Jacob knows his business extremely well. His integrity and approach is fast, efficient and straightforward. He gets results. Got the run around from my own bank after a 20 year relationship. One phone call to Empyrean and in 30 days, everything was done exactly as discussed.
In fact, I was so upset at my bank that I tried several other banks and a few mortgage brokers that were referred to me by friends. After I reviewed the paperwork between at least six different sources, I decided to go forward with Empyrean because Jacob was the only person that took the time to walk me through every aspect of the financing I was seeking. He properly identified all areas that could be problematic and spent the time necessary to make sure that we covered all angles to insure a proper and speedy loan approval. My loan request was too large to qualify for a government type loan like Fannie Mae so I had to find a lender that was willing to do Jumbo financing. Not only did Empyrean find the right lender but the transaction was so smooth that until it actually closed I was very skeptical.
Not only was I very pleased with the service and expertise but I was astounded at the rate and loan that we finalized. I have referred everyone I know who is in the market for any type of real estate loan to Empyrean as Jacob is one of the most well versed and straight forward guys in the finance business!! Very impressed.
