Do not trust
|
Hyundai is a reliable brand but do not believe that the corporate office is of any use when dealing with a dealership. Dealerships shouldn't exist in this day and age, the only reason they exist is thanks to their superb lobbying skills. Otherwise they should have closed way before Blockbuster.
1. Do not trust, what they say, they text, they write in email. 2. Do not pay a single dime when you go there to collect your vehicle. Their modus operandi is to collect the down payment they told you over phone immediately and make yoy pay additional amount later, or try to jack up your lease amount / loan installment later. 3. If they make you wait more than 30 minutes, get up and leave. Their usual method is to tire you out waiting before they are ready to "talk" numbers. 4. Never ever agree to pay by debit card, money that leave your account is gone forever. Use credit card, the 3% fee may hurt you, but you retain option to walk away. Once money leaves your bank account... goodluck.
