At the beginning this company was OK. They provided me with what I needed. But then 2 yrs passed and I found myself calling in all the time to see what the progress was with my case. I can get through to a secretary but then trying to reach someone to assist me was horrible. I was promised that everything would be cleared up in 2 yrs and we are going on 3 yrs. I did get some results but trust me it wasn't because they were quick to do this. It was because I started getting calls again from those creditors. I then decided to keep calling and to this date I have yet to recieve what I ask for from them. I leave messages all the time for assistance and I really feel they ignore them.
I feel I could have done a better job on my own. I am beyond dissapointed with this company. I regret doing business with them.
