They repaired roof leaks around my skylights and at the roof edge (about March 15, 2009). I liked the fact that I dealt with Jeff, the owner. They did the repairs in two days and started within 2 days of my authorization. At the end of the first day they cleaned up and dried in any open areas even though it was the dry season. I felt that Jeff is honest and trust worthy.
While I received a written quote with a scope of work, we negotiated changes to it including an additional area to be worked and copper flashing which were not written amendments to the written scope, but the work and price wre performed to the verbal agreements.
