This company is a rip off. They ask you to send one months payment to them in advance before any work is done to assist you in obtaining a vehicle modification loan to lower your interest rate therefor lowering your monthly car payment. The one months payment is usually the monthly car payment amount you have been making all along since you obtained your vehicle. What they do not tell you before you pay them is that if Elite can not obtain you a vehicle modification that they will only refund half the money you sent them. However they do say that they will refund your money, just not how much of it when you first speak to them before paying them. Elite is very misleading in their information provided to you. I have had to call this company countless times as well as email them to get my refund, which was only half of what I paid them. Elite kept the other half and did nothing to help me in obtaining a vehicle modification loan. They will not answer your calls, nor return your calls after leaving several voice messages nor will they respond back to your emails. Please stay away from this company is my advice or you will suffer perhaps even a worst experience than I have had.
