We've been dealing with Elite Merchants and Kevin Jones for about a year. It is so much easier and stress free than dealing with our old processors. Kevin has gone out of his way to help us with all our questions, even those that aren't technically to do with Elite. He's a great guy to work with. And the few times we needed to speak to someone else at Elite, they were polite and helpful. I'm so glad we switched.
