EGoodz is absolutely appalling as a company! Never order anything from them. I ordered an external hard drive for my computer from them and I received it two weeks late. Then it would not even work! I called them, honestly, about 15 times before anyone answered. When I finally spoke to a human being, we tried troubleshooting the issue over the phone, to no avail. They mislead me into thinking the item was brand new, but found out it was put together from other components by the company. It was just a piece of junk that does not work. At first they told me I could only exchange it for another one, rather than get a refund, which, at this point, was my only interest. Too many dodgy things had already happened.
They have this drawn out process to make an exchange involving emailing them for a password and downloading a form they send back to you. You fill out the form and email it back. On the form I explained I was only interested in a refund and refused to accept an exchange. I held off on actually shipping the item back hoping to get their okay first to avoid later problems. I never got it. Weeks turned into months and they were impossible to get a hold of! The infrequent times I did talk to a person, he did not seem to have the authority to do anything for me. He constantly said I should have returned the item right away and I would have been refunded, and now it was too late because the item has lost a lot of its market value, being an electronic. I asked to speak to this rep's supervisor and he told me his supervisor would call me back, and I never heard from them again.
As it stands now, I have a box full of junk sitting on my desk at home and am $100 poorer for it.
