Not Happy

I was so not happy with this company... They didn't show to my first visit.. called and had to reschedule as he did not see me on his calendar. I had scheduled less than two weeks prior. I had a Groupon, $50 for 700 sq ft. One person showed, was here for maybe 20 minutes and because I didn't want to upgrade my stairs being cleaned for $5 a stair or any other upgrade seemed upset. Left a huge wet mark in my front door way and left very abruptly, didn't even have time to give the guy a tip if I wanted to ... Will never use them again!!! Very very disappointing!
