My husband called several places before choosing Eco-Green and was pleased with how much knowledge the owner had on the phone. He quoted a price which was reasonable and never tried to upsell. We were able to get an appointment for the very next day too! The technician who came out was on time and very professional. As far as "dirty, sweaty, and disgusting" - I did not notice nor do I think is a necessary comment especially when they are working hard and it's HOT! He was done in a timely manner and the best part is we were able to let our dog back in and play right away because they used such great eco-friendly products. Carpet was fully dry with no residue in about 4 hours max. And did I mention how awesome it looks?! All pet stains are GONE!
