Obviously this company can't handle their volume. It took me two days to reach a customer service representative to cancel an order. I only had to stay on hold for ----- 45 minutes. Their shipping charges were erroneous. You could get free shipping if you signed up for some other bogus deals with three or four companies. My shipping charges were almost equal to my charges. When I did finally get through to customer service they stated that my order had not yet been processed so therefore I could not cancel my order. I think that I probably have enough easy feet to take care of a whole community.
