Below average quality equipment - WORST customer service

I purchased a stringer in 2010 - it is of marginal quality even though the "reviews" were acceptable. Since then, I have recently had problems with the clamp bases not holding and have not been able to get a satisfactory repair on their "Warranty". I visited their warehouse, it is a mess - when speaking to their apparent owner/manager Victor, he cares less about you as a customer - visit YouTube and search Maxline / Eagnas for a sample of what you can expect. I cannot stress enough that you should go with a national brand if you care to have any post service on what would be a fairlly expensive purchase. I will never buy from them again
