I spent almost 3,000 dollars with his company to have an improvement in the comfort within my home. I made that perfectly clear to the Eagle Shield sales rep that we were interested in improving the comfort of our home and the cost savings was a secondary issue. When the rep came to my home and inspected our home for areas that warm air and cool air could be escaping or coming into our home, the salesman was impressed with all of the measures that we had already completed. The no improvement in comfort or cost savings that we have experienced from adding the Eagle Shield reflective insulation is very disappointing. The work was completed in about 5 hours. $3,000.00 in 5 hours for a product that we see no comfort improvements or savings. The CEO has not offered any form of compensation. The data that was included within Mr. Harwood's letter was informative, but does not address my complaint. The sales rep promised that we would be happy with the Eagle Shield Inc product. We are not. I am asking for either a refund or the installation of additional insulation. Eagle Shield should want to meet the described performance standards that had been described by their rep.
