I went to EZ Lube at 7361 Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach, CA. I told them that I wanted a full service oil change and that I needed my K&N Air Filter cleaned, because my car had been starting a little roughly and I was advised to have the air filter cleaned. They later came back and told me that the air filter was fine, and that it didn't need the $16 dollar service to clean it. Two days later I took my car to my mechanic because it was still having problems starting. He checked the computer system for codes and found nothing. Next the mechanic checked and the only problem he could find was that my air filter was extremely dirty and that this was the culprit to why my car hadn't been starting smoothly. So I walked out of the mechanics with a $163 dollar bill, which could have been easily taken care of for under $20 at EZ Lube. Very disappointing. After being a customer there for over 7 years, I will no longer be using their services.
