I wish I could give it negative stars but this system requires I give it at least one. EZ Lube botched an oil change causing oil to spew out and ultimately frying the engine. They sent it to a mechanic of their choosing who replaced the engine poorly kinking a vacuum line but the worst of it was they also ruined the transmission. EZ Lube fought this in court and lost but the mere fact that they fought so hard to evade the responsibility for their failure shows a complete lack of character at the corporate level. Shame on them. Again, as this was all at the corporate level, my best advice is to avoid all their locations.
