This company is an absolute fraud. My family and I use a lot of electronic devices (as most families in America do) and we purchased some power adapters as well as other electronic devices from this company. Most of the devices we go from them burned out after only a few months of operation.
They have a form on their website to contact support or customer service. When I contacted them, they did not even bother replying. I tried again and again referring them to their service warranty. Then when I emailed them a few weeks after, I get a response telling me that my warranty is now not valid anyone and I have exceeded the warranty period. After referring them to my original complaint several weeks prior to the email, they claim to have no record of said communication. This is very convenient for them since I have no record of it as all the communication took place on their site. The web form to contact support is still up on their site. Either it is malfunctioning or they are lying to me. Needless to say, my family, friends and I will never purchase from this company again.
