No Communication At ALL! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Bought a remote for a Philips TV from this company. Shipped on time, but the dash (-) key for selecting digital channels does not function. Emailed the company TWENTY THREE (23!!!!!) times asking the question of how it functions in case I wasn't doing it correctly. No response. None. Never. Nada. Nyet. Their website says they use email only because they've found it's the most effective and low-cost way to communicate with customers. Complete, absolute, total B.S. Do no business here, you'll be sorry.
