DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

I ordered and paid for two Samsung cell phone batteries on August the 19, 2014 but only received one. I emailed the seller, EMTC, Inc. several times since receiving t the shipment and explained the problem with the ordering information asking for my second
battery. I tried to call but only get a voice message with NO response. To this date they have NOT responded to my request and the battery they did send me stop charging within a week even after following their instruction able to charge it for 12 hours the
1st time. I recommend NOT going ANY business with these people
