TV/DVD player stopped working after 2 months. Customer service promises weren't kept. At first, they said that they didn't repair 19" TVs - just replace them. Then they said to take it to a service center for repair. Did that. Service center said they couldn't fix it because they couldn't get the part. Picked up the TV. Had to call Viore to find out status (they don't follow up with the customers). They said they would ship the part to service center and requested that I return the TV back to the service center. I did that. After 2 more weeks and no phone calls or TV I gave up. I had been without a TV for 6 weeks. Submitted complaint to LA County BBB because they obviously didn't plan to honor their 12 month warranty.
Their customer service operators tell you the right story but the company won't follow up.
