After multiple call attempts to DriverEdToGo.Com's contact number, I finally reached a staffmember, Norma. I wanted confirmation that my transaction was cancelled. She said "There's no way to send you an email confirming it was cancelled." No way? Impossible? Emails are pretty easy and feasible these days I thought. I got an email when I PLACED the order, but it's IMPOSSIBLE when CANCEL the order...interesting. I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said "I am the supervisor, I don't have any supervisors." If she has zero supervisors she must own the company then? "No, I don't own the company." She refused to give me confirmation and refused to let me speak with anyone else. I hope my refund goes through properly but I doubt it.
